Angelic Housing Resources Foundation, Inc. partners with property owners throughout Sacramento and Placer counties to provide clean, stable, and affordable shared housing for independent adults. We seek well-maintained residential properties that can support our mission while providing owners with a professional and dependable leasing relationship.
Instead of managing multiple individual residents, property owners work directly with Angelic Housing under one written lease agreement. Our organization coordinates participant placement, household expectations, property oversight, and the day-to-day operation of the shared home.
Partnering with Angelic Housing may provide:
We do not simply place individuals into a property and walk away. Angelic Housing maintains an active role in the operation of each home and works to protect the condition, stability, and peaceful enjoyment of the property.
Property owners begin by completing our Property Owner Partnership Inquiry Form. Please provide basic information about the property, including its location, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition, availability, and proposed monthly rent.
Our team reviews the property to determine whether it is suitable for the Angelic Housing shared-living model. We may request photographs, additional property information, or an in-person walkthrough.
When a property is approved, Angelic Housing and the property owner negotiate a written lease outlining the rental amount, lease term, maintenance responsibilities, permitted use, insurance requirements, and other important conditions.
Angelic Housing prepares and furnishes the home for shared occupancy. We establish household expectations, safety procedures, participant agreements, and property-specific rules before placement begins.
We remain involved throughout the lease by conducting inspections, communicating with participants, enforcing house rules, coordinating minor maintenance, and responding to concerns involving the operation of the home.
We primarily consider residential properties in Sacramento and Placer counties that are:
Single-family homes with multiple bedrooms are generally the best fit, although each property is evaluated individually.
Depending on the terms of the final lease agreement, Angelic Housing may be responsible for:
Property owners generally remain responsible for:
The exact responsibilities of each party will be stated in the written lease agreement.
The need for stable and affordable housing continues to affect adults, families, hospitals, social-service organizations, and communities throughout the Sacramento region. By leasing your property to Angelic Housing, you can help increase access to dependable housing while working with an experienced nonprofit housing organization.
Complete our Property Owner Partnership Inquiry Form to tell us about your available property. Our team will review the information and contact qualified property owners regarding the next steps.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a property will be accepted. All partnerships are subject to property review, financial approval, insurance requirements, applicable laws, and a mutually executed written lease agreement.
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Angelic Housing Resources Foundation, Inc. Please complete this form so we can determine whether your property may be a good fit for our shared-housing program.
